Jiang Yanna marched over, leading a small group of girls, including Jin Zexi and Wu Xiner, quickly surrounding Qiao Meixia's table.
"Qiao Meixia, you must be absolutely thrilled now that you have returned to the wealthy Jiang Family, right?" One of the girls asked mockingly.
Qiao Meixia spared the girl a brief glance before casually taking another bite of her dessert.
"Just look at that..." Another girl sneered, pointing directly at Qiao Meixia's plate. "She has probably never tasted high-end sweets like this in her whole life."
"Girls, please don't say such mean things." Jiang Yanna chimed in with fake gentleness. "Sister Meixia has suffered so much out in the poor countryside. It is only natural that she wants to stuff herself with food."
"Hmph. Even after putting on expensive designer clothes, some people just can't hide their low-class nature." Jin Zexi stated contemptuously.
