The intruders have been standing at my temple preparing themselves to attack me, obviously I'm not going to let them prepare however, They soon notice hundreds of colourful snakes are surrounding them.
"What the f*ck!"
One of them yells, readying their sword. They leap towards the snakes killing many with just a single swipe of the blade. That is until three of the black Red eyed snakes come into view and start piling on the dumb attacker. With one of them dead the other adventurers start slicing at the snakes killing a lot but hardly enough to make a relative difference in their numbers. The Elf uses magic to surround them in walls so they are protected while they strategize a way to get out of the situation. Turning to the temple an idea appears in Knums head.
"If we Kill the fake god the snakes should disperse!"
he yells to his teammates. They all nod and open the temple doors. A bright light floods the large room. Inside there are many pots with plants in them. Layering the walls of the temple are pillars holding up the roof. One of the adventurers looks up following the pillars and shock covers their face.
Above them is a massive serpent at least 5 meters wide and 100 meters long. It's colourful scales and menacing eyes appear covering the entire ceiling.
"G- guysss!"
The adventurer yells but before he could continue he's ripped in 2 as his upper body is snatched up by the giant jaws of the Serpent Deity. The other 3 adventurers startled look up to find the Serpent Deity devouring his corpse. The elf launches massive stone spikes towards the snake but as soon as they come in contact with its scales they instantly shatter.

The intruders enter my home hastily, I'm slightly angry after all they are not invited. So as the punishment I'll have to kill them. I gobble up the first one to notice me then I feel some small pebbles hit my scales. Looking back down I see some sort of human with long ears using magic.
Very strange they are, I will ask The next humans I see if they are just a weird human or something else. Anyways I see one of the three remaining intruders try to flee and so I tell my snakes to eat him.
"*ROOOOAAAAAAAAAAAAAAR!!!*"
Suddenly the doors burst open and a wave of snakes slither in eating the coward alive. Now there's only two left a girl and whatever that long eared human is. I launch towards them and open my mouth, Out comes 2 Giant balls of fire that quickly hit the intruders, giving them a very painful death. The battle is over and all I'm left. With is some burnt corpses. I guess my snakes can eat them.

I've been spreading news of the great Serpent Deity to everyone I can. However I heard that 2 brothers went there demanded a dual and one of them suffered severe injuries. Of course that's not what their going to tell their home village but that isn't my problem. Later that night I also hear from a couple people another village is going to go attack the great Serpent Deity. I already know how it's gonna end so I don't really care but I will apologize to the Serpent Deity when I see them next.
The next day I tell more people about their great power and eventually they gain a small following of about 15 people, so that's good. I will again visit the Serpent Deity in about a week to tell them about my achievements.
