Chapter 147 - Life of a Dominant Futanari Week 4 Chapter 141/27: Lawyer

The lawyer's office wasn't too far from my school, which was really nice, but it was still around a twenty-minute walk. After showering and everything, I was still a little early for the appointment but not too early. I walked quickly up to the door, entered the Lawyer's office, and found a young woman at the front desk reception. She immediately noticed me entering and raised an eyebrow but smiled as I came towards her.

"Hello," The woman began, "Are you here for an appointment?" She asked politely, and I nodded as I looked around the small waiting area before turning to her.

"Yes, I am Angela Brown here to see Lacy for an appointment that might go late," I replied, and the woman smiled.

"Yes, I am glad that you are here early. The previous client finished early, and Lacy can see you in a moment. Do you mind sitting down for a moment while I go to see if she is available or needs to finish things up?" The young woman asked, and I looked at her for a solid moment.

I quickly nodded after a brief pause, "That is fine," I told her and moved over to the waiting corner with four armchair couches that looked perfectly suited for a lawyer's waiting room. I pulled off my backpack, settled it beside my chair, and stretched a little more because I felt tight. I stretched my legs a little, my back out a little, and my arms from repeated movements. I felt so much better after doing so. I gave a little moan as I felt it through my spine as I stretched my back out a little before turning around to sit down and wait.

I stopped myself from sitting down as I saw a brown-haired woman with her hair up in a ponytail that went before dipping down behind her. She looked to be in her late thirties, but I guessed more around her early to mid-forties; as you could see, her skin was well taken care of. Her chest was modest, but her demeanor was confident, and her smile bright and white. "Hello, Anglea Brown, Correct?" A confident voice asked. "I am Lacy; I believe we have an appointment?" She continued.

Smiling, I replied as I looked at her outfit: a white Blose and a black skirt with black high heels that I could barely see. "Yes, I am Angela Brown, and we do have an appointment," I said, reaching out to shake her hand. Her hand reached out, and we shook hands. Her hands were much daintier than mine, but I could feel some muscle under her handshake.

"That is fantastic to hear," Lacy said, "I am not going to lie; you had me excited all week for this appointment. I couldn't wait to hear things, and I will say as of this moment on, we have privacy laws and a whole bunch of lawyer mumbo jumbo protecting us, but we should talk more in my office instead of the front."

"Agreed," I replied.

Lacy took us past the Receptionist, who was looking at me with something I had seen before. I had a little bit of desire which was odd since it wasn't there when we first talked. We moved past a small area with photocopying and a couple of tables where some men and women worked, but it was only a few of them, and we walked past a conference room and a couple of offices before we reached Lacy's office, which she promptly opened and turned to close the blinds to the windows that people could see into her office. Then she stepped back as I looked around.

In her office was a modern metal desk with a couple of monitors and a laptop that was closed. To one side of the room was a clearly used Library, as a couple of the books had tagged out of it and looked like they were opened often. In front of her desk was a comfortable-looking, wheely chair that didn't look cheap, and she sat in a matching one on her side of the desk and smiled. "Please close the door, and your confidentiality will be protected as far as the law permits me," Lacy said, and I chuckled.

I closed the door as I lightly chuckled, "It seems you emphasize confidentiality a lot." I replied.

"I do, and I can tell that you care more about it than me," Lacy replied with a smile looking at me, and I shrugged.

"Your right, I do," I told her, making sure to lock the door, and I moved around the chair to sit down facing her. "So, because you have been looking forward to this so much, what is your first question?" I asked.

"I have to ask where a student from a nearby high school is making fifty thousand dollars from," Lacy asked.

"Well, That is an easy question as long as you are my lawyer." I replied, "Tell me, Lacy," I began after a brief pause, "If I were to ask you to create a company for me to have funded more or less discreetly delivered to and have it set aside for investment and occasionally to be sent to my personal account. What would you think?"

"I would think that you have someone embezzling funds into your account," Lacy replied tartly, and I chuckled.

"That sounds about right, which is why I didn't ask you this over the phone. Now, I will tell you that my profession at this moment is that of a Dominatrix in a BDSM club dominating only the most high-class clientele."

Lacy opened her mouth to speak only to flush a bright red. I looked at her funny as she turned away for a moment. A couple of seconds later, she looked at me seriously again and nodded, "Okay, I can absolutely say I didn't expect that answer to my question. So I must also ask why you need a lawyer if you are a part of a BDSM club. Seems like you would have someone finding those kinds of clients and doing all the paperwork for you."

I looked at her, surprised that she had already realized Samantha's job. In fact, I guessed that Samantha was using the tips we got from the clients as a way to deal with the taxes or just made the clients pay for it. Samantha must be doing something since she gave me the amount she said she would in the end, not one penny less. That also included tips which were pretty large amounts. I was about to reply to my surprise but stopped myself and nodded, "Yes, the club boss does that for me. The main reason is that one client is a side gig for me and a little more of a personal arrangement. Something extremely confidential and completely legitimate in the end. I am looking to make an investment company for her to wire the funds she owes me that will not stand out in a spreadsheet of expenses." I smiled brightly as comprehension dawned on her, "I would like to invest and save with this client's money while the other money I make from other clients at the club will be more my spending money on things. I will need to correct my taxes with this as I do not wish to spend time in jail, but I would also like to keep this money more discreet and to look to avail your services," I finished.

Lacy was smiling now, leaned her chair back, and rocked it back and forth. A couple of moments later, she started to open her computer and looked at me as it booted up. "First of all, I can do a couple of things to help you out. First, the company name that you would like to open up isn't much of a problem. We can make it sound like a consulting company or whatever, but the name of an investment company for a personal person doesn't really mean that much. We can also do discreet billing, allowing you to put in another name for any invoices. The government has a couple of loopholes for us to exploit in that manner." Lacy told me before turning to her computer. "Now, I need to check some legalities and work on some ways to make sure that you're paying your taxes and everything properly. The IRS isn't an evil that needs avoiding, especially with the huge loopholes you can jump through if you have a good lawyer. Now, for investing, that is something we can discuss at a later date. We simply do not have all night, and I have an appointment to get to with my Girlfriend after this," She finished, and I nodded.

"That works for me," I replied simply, "I have a girlfriend that I would rather be enjoying than in a lawyer's office, to be frank."

Lacy chuckled and continued to look into something on her computer. "Okay, So first of all, we need to go with a compensation plan for me. I do not work for free, and we are not going to start off making it look like I am. You need to tell me, though, so I can make a compensation package that works for us both, to tell me how much you will be asking me to work with to start off." Lacy continued, and I shrugged. I could always back out if she cost too much.

"Fifty thousand a week, and I have a starting of one hundred thousand waiting and will increase every week that it isn't here. Plus, I will probably transfer funds that I make from my main bank account, which could be anywhere from ten thousand or more, depending on my financial status," I finished thinking aloud.

Lacy paused and turned her head to me slowly. "Are you saying that you make roughly two million dollars a year?" She asked.

I paused, looked at her, and started actually doing the math in my head. I looked up, surprised, and my eyes widened. "Holy Shit, Your right," I told her, surprised, "I am making more than two million dollars a year if I keep this up!" I exclaimed, "I never did the math, honestly. I paused and realized something quickly: "Well, I need to pay more taxes on that. I also do not know if I can keep up my current pace with my sports, schoolwork, and everything else. Did you know that my wait list right now with clients is eight months long?" I told her with a smile. "I just started to who knows if this will keep up either."

Lacy started to chuckle then, and it turned into a laugh, "Honestly, you keep surprising me." Lacy said, "I am not sure if my leg is being pulled either. A high school girl calls on Tuesday, asks for an appointment, then proceeds to tell me these things." Her voice told me she thought the situation was absurd, and I could understand her thoughts in that direction. "Still, now I feel kind of invested."

Lacy quickly started to type something and looked at her monitor intently, turning to a completely different track, and I could see her leaning back. "Okay, so I did a quick peek into things, and I don't see any laws you are breaking that a good accountant cannot help with. I happen to have a good accountant if you are interested, or I can refer you to some that I trust. Over the last couple of years, there have been so many tax changes it is ridiculous. More than five a day overall, so it is better to have someone who knows what they are doing. As a fiduciary, I highly recommend one more than that; with the amount of money you are talking about, I insist on one. With that being said, we come to accounts payable. Normally with smaller clients, I would say an hourly rate which is around eighty dollars an hour, plus a couple of other things on some of the stuff I do. Honestly, this is the cheaper rate in the long term, but I am not going to bullshit you, Angela." Lacy paused, looking at me, "I only do this with clients I am handling retirement, and it doesn't take much time in my day. It usually isn't worth my time for me to work on it personally, and I have my associates working on it. The other is a commission-based fee of roughly two point five percent. Now" Lacy said, holding up her hand, expecting me to say something.

I sat and watched her, and she blushed a little when she noticed that I didn't roar at her or something. "Okay, never mind." She took a deep breath, "Okay, so to be fair, I need you to prove this income before we sign any contract. This will keep you honest, and for me, it will not only keep me honest, but it will also provide me more incentive to work on your stuff than others. This way, you pay less initially but more if your investments truly take off. If I fail, you pay me nothing, and I only profit from profitable trades. If I lose out, then you pay me nothing. Get it?"

I nodded and thought about it. I could easily understand that if this went long term, then it would cost me more and more but very little to start. I would need a financial lawyer and accountant in the future, plus a lawyer to look over contracts. I wasn't sure, though, and I looked at Lacy. "Look, I can understand your side. I would love to see a contract for this, but I would also like to state that I plan on going to college and many other things. I will not just be a dominatrix. I plan to be a Volleyball player and hopefully go to the Olympics and all the things that represent, including endorsements. I will need a lawyer for all of that, including a good Contract lawyer." I said, and she could see the question on my face as I told her that.

"Now we are talking about something that helps my firm out altogether, Angela," Lacy said and leaned back, "I am not going to say I am the best in the business. I am very good at what I do, though, and even back in New York, I was among the top three percent of the traders. I can tell you that right now, I do not have a contract lawyer at my disposal in this firm. What I can also tell you is that I have contracts with some of the best back in New York. I have contacts with criminal lawyers, prosecution lawyers, divorce Lawyers, and many more I developed over my time in New York. I cannot represent you in everything, as that would be stupid of me to try. I can tell you that if I can't personally do it, I will find someone who can." Lacy finished.

I leaned back and chuckled, "You seem to be selling me hard at the moment," I replied, pausing to see her wry smile. "Something tells me that there is a reason for that," I said, the question implicit.

"If what you are saying is true, then, for now, you will be our largest client. I have not established this firm for long, and although I am working with a number of clients, it is more or less enough to keep the doors open. Not enough to keep my Girlfriend happy with me. So I need a more stable long-term income while I increase my portfolio here in this small town." Lacy seemed sincere, and I nodded.

"Okay, we can look into some cooperation, and I will talk to my boss about things and my Girlfriend. I am not going to commit on our first date." I told her and leaned back in the chair, "Still, I am new to all of this, and I am not sure you are not selling me hot shit on a stick or gold. I will have to talk to others who actually know their own stuff, and I trust them. I do hope that we can make this a long-lasting and trust-filled relationship. Also, Can I humbly request that you start with the company paperwork? Worst comes to worst, I pay you hourly, and we can have you believe my side if that is done. Does that work for you, Lacy?" I asked her.

Lacy grinned and reached out to shake my hand. "That is perfectly reasonable," Lacy replied, "I can start Monday and have the paperwork done as soon as possible. I have your number from the secretary, and I will call you when everything is ready. I doubt it will be done by Wednesday, but I should be able to have it done by the end of the week." Lacy frowned, "Is there a name for the company you would like?" Lacy asked after a brief pause.

I shrugged and looked at her, "Mistress Futanari Consulting Services? MFCS for short?" I replied, chuckling a little. "Or maybe M n' F Consulting Services. To be honest, I am not sure," I told her, and I saw a blush on Lacy's face as I looked at her, and I saw her eyes dart down and take a long look at my skirt. I waited for her to reply, but she didn't say anything, so I finally spoke up, "Sorry to ask this, but I have seen you blushing a couple of times, and although I don't want to call it out, you are now staring at me and my crotch."

Lacy immediately looked up with her blush turning slightly pale. "I am so sorry," Lacy said, "I didn't mean to offend you," She continued apologetically, "I just happen to know the meaning of that word, and I would have had no idea that you were a hermaphrodite with how you look. You are very beautiful," Lacy finished with a deep blush reappearing.

"That is fine," I replied with a self-confident smile, "Although you were a little more upfront with the fact that you were staring at it than I am used to."

Lacy shook her head, "Sorry again, I really mean it. I am a lesbian and never ever thought I would be the one checking out someone like this to almost a harassment level. I am extremely embarrassed." Lacy finished her face, a blaze on her light white skin.

"No worries," I said, shaking my head, "Honestly, this is a bad segway into this question, but it reminds me of one. You said you were among the top in New York. Why are you here now if you were so successful there?" I asked, and Lacy froze for a moment, then smiled wryly.

"Hours of work," Lacy said, looking away for a moment, "I want to save the relationship with my partner, and we are thinking about having kids and settling down. This is a nice small town, and it needed a financial lawyer so I could start my business. She recently got an opportunity here, and although it isn't enough for our previous lifestyle, we are both much happier. I am working fewer hours, and we can see each other more. New York law doesn't really allow that in the grand scheme. So that is the reason that I moved from the high pay of New York."

I nodded, and I could understand. "Okay, I will look into things and talk to a couple of my friends about this arrangement. I will give you my email to email me a contract that you are thinking of for everything, and we can start talking more details next week. Does all of this work for you?" I asked.

Lacy nodded, "That sounds great. I look forward to working with you, Angela. Also, my full name is Lacy Shevets; please call me Lacy, as I prefer to be more personal with my clients." Lacy more formally introduced herself.

"Okay, Lacy, I will talk to you soon. Please help see me out; otherwise, I might get lost in your office, and I would hate for that to happen." I told her, and we both headed out of the office and back into the reception. I quickly noticed the backpack I had forgotten and grabbed it, "Have a good weekend," I said, looking back and waving at Lacy, who waved back.

"You too, Angela, Talk to you soon," Lacy replied, and I headed out and turned to walk to Crystal's house. Either Saturday or Sunday, I would have to head home. I wasn't going to do that tonight, though. Instantly I turned my mind to what I should do with a full night to play with Crystal.

I smirked, and my brainstorming continued as I walked down the cool streets.
