Once inside the house, he let go of Tessa and closed the door.
Tessa looked up at him, "Yeah, Grandpa seemed very, very angry just now, and very hurt. He probably didn't want things to come to this; after all, that's his daughter. But it's not your fault, you had an agreement first, and Lucy Lockwood went too far with her actions, otherwise you wouldn't have done this to her."
Faye loosened his tie and said lightly, "He blames me for scheming against him."
"What? Scheming..." Tessa was slightly stunned.
