Natt could not understand what he was feeling. He felt like his life was in danger, yet the only one who would want to kill him is being suppressed by the emissary and would most likely be defeated, so why did he feel this way?
After giving it some more thought, he decided he was just being worried for no reason as there was no one Grey would be able to defeat the emissary.
As Natt pondered his increased heart rate, Grey was being forced back by each attack from the emissary. This was the first time Grey was being dominated by the physical strength of someone that was not a magical beast. It was a new experience for him, but not one he could not handle.
The emissary's attacks were brutal, all aiming to take Grey's life or at least seriously wound him.
Grey dodged the attacks he could, and blocked the ones he could not dodge. His entire body moved with the same speed as the emissary, ensuring he did not get caught by the latter's attacks.
