"You aren't looking for another arrow material?" Remmey found herself curious since Gil was not looking at any stone that she believed he could carve or shape in to an arrow. She had immediately believed that he would be looking for exactly that since he always experimented with arrows.
"No not right now, I need to try to find something that might be useful for Alma. I heard that it is customary that when a wife is carrying a child that the husband makes a small toy for their child. If I make something with gems in it it will be a choking hazard, if I make something that's too heavy it won't be a toy, but if I find something soft and safe but durable it can be passed down or improved on."
The thinking was too sweet and Remey lost any comments she had. But she also really liked that it would be a task for the husband of an elf to craft the first toy that the child would use.
