On their way back to Gaia's Heaven, Yuan and Supreme General Tian caught up to Ironwoman, who was so exhausted that she didn't even notice them approaching from behind.
In fact, she was barely conscious by that point, having long since exhausted her energy and resorted to burning her own life force to replenish it.
When Yuan drew close enough, Ironwoman's instincts suddenly kicked in, and she spun around to attack him.
"Whoa!" Yuan cried out in surprise as he casually caught her hand.
"Calm down. It's me," he said softly, gazing at her beautiful face, her beauty undiminished even by her extreme exhaustion.
"Yuan…?" Ironwoman muttered, slowly regaining consciousness as Yuan shared some of his energy with her.
Yet, even after regaining enough energy, Ironwoman continued to stare at Yuan in a daze.
At that moment, a strange sensation stirred within her as she felt a level of relief unlike anything she had ever felt before.
