Felix Rhodes didn't dodge, letting her vent.
Scarlett Xavier and Julian Rhodes walked in from outside, coincidentally seeing Mrs. Rhodes's actions. Scarlett paused for a moment, almost thinking Mrs. Rhodes was angry.
