Scarlett Xavier said, "Where is there a place to spend money? Look at the situation this year; even going out to buy something is a hassle. Buying things online only adds stress to the delivery guys."
Julian Rhodes looked at Scarlett Xavier and said, "You're just making excuses. I don't believe you don't spend a single penny normally."
"Spend, spend, spend. I'll go spend right now, won't I?" Scarlett glanced at Julian; she used to keep things quite clear cut from him.
She didn't have much of a sense of security about marriage, so she was always extra cautious. But now, since she had decided to stay by his side for real, she wasn't overthinking it anymore.
Holding her phone in hand, she played with it while saying, "I'm trying to think about what I should buy. How about a yacht?"
"..." Julian looked at her speechlessly, "What nonsense are you talking about!"
