"He has finally awoken up?" Emperor Adler asked the moment Prescott laid feet inside his office after taking quick sip from his tea that was prepared by his personal maid. Closing the book he was reading, as his hands found it's way to the quill, dipping the tip of it on the blank ink before taking a piece of paper from his side. "Please do tell him that-" He paused for a few seconds because he was writing something. "-I am summoning him here for important reasons. He should go to the Beryl Palace and bring Axis with him before going here. Also Prescott, give this paper to Ashleah. Do not dare to open this."
"Will do, Your Majesty." Prescott took the paper as he transforms himself to a human being to his original form- a bird. As he flew out from the window he first gave the paper to Ashleah who smiled at him, waving her right hand meaning that she was saying hello. The bird nodded and quickly flew off to the chambers where Duke Deoncan was staying.
In front of Duke Deoncan's chambers, he turned himself back to his human form. Fixing his tie, Prescott knocked on the door, patiently waiting for a reply from the Duke himself. A few seconds of waiting he heard Duke Deoncan's voice from the inside of the room. "You can come in." He calmly said.
"Greetings Duke Deoncan. I congratulate you for you have finally awoken up-" Prescott could not even finish what he was saying when Nash suddenly stood up, stretching his arms upward while groaning silently. Prescott chuckled and quickly went to the topic why he was sent to his chambers. "His Majesty gave me orders that you should go to Axis and then proceed to his office. I do think that His Majesty has some orders for the both of you."
Nodding his head, he looked at Prescott and locked his eyes with him. Not breaking the eye contact Prescott cleared his throat. "Is she doing okay?" the second those words left his mouth, Prescott knew that Nash was more worried for his Master's health than his own. Walking to where his clothes were placed, Nash silently waited for Prescott's answer.
Blinking his eyes a couple of times, he answered. "Yes, Her Highness is doing alright- great actually. She is currently training with Cason for I was given new orders by his Majesty. Please do quickly go to Axis. It seems like the new orders of the Emperor is quite-" Nash looked at Prescott by his shoulder, not turning around. He took a deep breath "-quite serious."

Knocking on the door of Axis' chambers inside the Beryl Palace, Nash waited for a reply from Axis but unfortunately he got none. Worried, he twisted the door knob softly only to be welcomed by Axis closing his eyes, palms wide opened. 'He was practicing his magic.' Nash thought. Clearing his throat to get Axis' attention, Nash sighed.
"Do not overwork yourself Axis." He blurts out when Axis opened his eyes and smiled at him. "You do know that there are still a lot of consequences if you try to push yourself too hard, right?"
Axis smiled and nodded his head before walking to his left where there was a cup of water placed on top of a small table. Ever since they started training inside the Imperial Palace it felt like they were already living inside it.
"You've been asleep for quite long, aren't you?" Axis chuckled after taking a quick sip from the cold iced water. He sighed and ruffled his soft and fluffy hair before sitting on the edge of his bed, waiting to what Nash was about to say.
"His Majesty has called for the both of us inside his office. Prescott told me that it looks like it was something important." With that, Axis in a blink of an eye was ready and fixed all up. He smiled and placed his right hand on Nash's shoulder, smiling at the Duke.
"Let us not make His Majesty wait for us then." He chuckled making Nash stunned and chuckle at the same time. "I am so sorry for suddenly acting like this, ever since I stopped looking up to the current High Priest, my new role model is–"
"–The Emperor." Nash finished Axis' sentences earning a pit of laughter from his friend. "I know you too well, Axis don't I?" He chuckled, Axis nodded his head as they head out of the soon to be High Priest's chambers.
----------------------------------
Prescott flew away the second he left the piece of paper to Ashleah. Furrowing her eyebrows until it met each other's end, earning a chuckle from Cason who walked closer to Ashleah and smoothly wiped her eyebrows. "Oh? I'm sorry! Was I frowning too much now?"
"Yes. Yes you were. Please do read what's inside the paper so we can continue our battle. I can give you the full report of what you should improve after this. I already told your Nanny of the books that she should find inside the Imperial library with Aziel." Cason explains the future plans for later.
The Princess nodded her head and opens up the paper, but what was inside made her smile as tears filled up in the side of her eyes. Covering her mouth using her free right hand, the Princess giggled as she closed her eyes and a single to two tear drops escaped it.
As she read what was inside the paper, it made her heart melt. 'Father misses you dearly.' Her Father wrote, it's been a few days since they had a proper conversation. Both if the Imperial Majesty and Highness were too busy with what's currently happening.
"Is it from His Majesty?" Cason asked the Princess. Ashleah looking up and smiling at Cason, she nodded her head. Wiping the strain of her tears on top of her cheeks with a small giggle that escaped her soft yet plump pinkish lips.
"Yes. Yes it is."
----------------------------------
"Is that all of your orders, Your Majesty?" Nash asked the Emperor who was sitting down on his chair comfortably.
"Yes, please do everything to find any proofs that will prove that Rowen is helping the Black Magicians. We can kick him out of his own position the moment we find one." He looked at Axis, and nodded his head at the young man. "Axis, you can help Duke Deoncan with the places of where the High Priest Rowen is staying since you've been living there ever since you were a kid. I do believe to what the both of you can do, that is why I am giving you this important mission."
He stood up, and massaged the back of his neck while looking at the huge window beside his office. "If we can't attack them from the top, attack them from the bottom slowly bring them down so my daughter can finally climb to their top and bring them down all by once. It'll bring peace to each and everyone of us."
"We will never let you down, Your Majesty. You have given us your full trust that we must cherish. Thank you so much, we will do everything we can so we can help her Highness with this. It is indeed everyone's fight." Axis blurts out, making the two men chuckle. The man looked clueless, blinking his eyes, pouted lips, raised both of his eyebrows.
"Goodluck then."
----------------------------------
"Are you sure that there was no one tailing you when you came here–" The man looked at who just came in inside his office intently. "–High Priest Rowen."
The High Priest Rowen chuckled and shook his head "Stop thinking about it, I made sure that Axis won't go and trail behind me. I was not born yesterday Callum."
