Chloe checked her watch and found out that it was only ten thirty in the morning.
I really came early.
She received a call from Ryuchen earlier to say that he had a meeting in the morning so he asked her to come at noon in his company. But since she had nothing to do, she decided to go early anyway so she could look around in his company before they met.
The guards greeted her before she entered Ryuchen's company building, and stared at the magnificent fountain in the corner of the huge lobby. Back then, she doesn't have a chance to admire that fountain because the guard will immediately asked her to leave. After admiring the fountain, she look at the waiting area which was full of employees who was busy discussing something on each other.
Then her eyes turned to the grand stairs in the middle of the lobby, she heard back then that it was heading to two huge convention halls where public and private groups assemble to engage in business or social functions. She got excited, so she decided to looked at it because she never saw the inside of the convention halls.
As she was about to climb upstairs, she suddenly heard a voice.
"Excuse me, Ma'am." one of the female receptionist said while running towards her. "I'm sorry Ma'am, but that is a restricted area."
Only then that Chloe realized what she was doing, even though she's Ryuchen's wife, she still needs to follow the company rules. She felt embarrassed so she apologized to the female receptionist.
"May I ask if what I can help you, Ma'am?" the female receptionist asked politely.
"Oh, my name is Chloe Aj--Alcantara, and I am Mr. Ryuchen Ajero's newly hired secretary." she introduce herself and smile. "Can I ask where can I find Mr. Ajero's office?"
She felt embarrassed to herself, even though they were married for two years, she never saw or went to his office. She tried to visit several times to bring him food, but every time she introduced herself as Ryuchen's wife, the employees will laugh and start to insult her. They will even call guards to kicked her out while saying she's crazy and desperate, so she just introduced herself now as Ryuchen's newly hired secretary.
"Secretary, are you kidding me?"
The female receptionist raised her right eyebrow and crossed her arms, as if the polite woman earlier was no longer there.
"Miss, if you don't have an appointment, please leave." she said to her. "I know what kind of woman you are, because you're not the only one who was pretending to be Mr. President's newly hired secretary. A lot of women come here every day just to bother our President, so please leave or do you want me to call the guards to show you the way out?"
Chloe sighed.
Ryuchen's company was still the same, she's still not welcome until now. But she doesn't want to blamed the female receptionist because she's just doing her job, and perhaps no one informed her yet that Ryuchen's hired a new secretary because he was busy in the meeting since morning. She didn't know either that there were women who pretended to be Ryuchen's secretary, just to see him.
"I have appointment at noon, so can I wait here?"
"Suit yourself."
Chloe walked to an empty couch in the waiting area, and the female receptionist returned back to the front desk. She look at her watch, only twenty minutes had past since she came and still has to wait for an hour for her appointment. She wants to call Ryuchen but she doesn't want to disturbed him in his meeting, beside it was her fault for coming early even he told her to come at noon. She doesn't have his assistant's contact either so she have no choice but to wait.
A famous fashion magazine on the table suddenly caught her eyes, because she realized she knew the person on the cover. It was her friend Roxanne, she was her roommates in America for four years. She couldn't believe that despite his parents opposition, she still pursued her dreams.
Chloe was enjoying reading the article about her friend when she suddenly heard a familiar voice, she turned to look at the front desk and saw Lyka was there.
"Good morning, Madam Lyka." the female receptionist greeted her with a big smile on her face. "It's been a long time, how are you?"
"I know, I was too busy promoting my new movie so I don't have time to visit. Here, take this." Lyka smile then handed the female receptionist a small paper bag. "A small gift from me."
"OGM, Thank you Madam Lyka." the female receptionist said cheerfully after she saw the lipstick that Lyka game. "Mr. President's still in the meeting, do you want me to call Sir Robin to say that you are here?"
"NO!" Lyka exclaimed, she looks anxious. "I mean, no need because I want to surprise Ryuchen."
"Okay, and Madam Lyka... I have to tell you something..."
Chloe turned her back on them when she noticed that the female receptionist looked at her direction, it was obvious what she was going to say so she doesn't have to listen and just wait for Lyka to approached her.
As she expected, Lyka approached her and stood in front of her along with the female receptionist after just a few seconds. She looked up and saw Lyka smirked as if she's mocking her, but she just ignored her and continued reading the magazine.
"What are you doing here?" she asked, as if she was showing her that she has the authority to confront her inside Ryuchen's company. "And who told you to come here?"
"Are you really asking me?" she said sarcastically and smile. "You may not like my answer."
"How dare... you fucking bitch!" Lyka began to get furious. "Get out of here and stop chasing my boyfriend, you hear me!"
Chloe noticed the surprise in the female receptionist's eyes, and ran quickly to go somewhere, perhaps she was about to call a guards to kicked her out again. She's team Lyka after all.
"You can't take Ryuchen away from me because he's mine, Chloe, his mine!" she said. "Ryuchen was mine since you left the country twelve years ago and he just don't have any choice but to marry you because that's what that fucking old woman--."
Chloe gave her a strong slap on the cheek causing Lyka's shock. She will just ignore Lyka's insults and curses to her, but she cannot ignore and will not let her insult Ryuchen's grandmother.
"You're beyond the line, Lyka."
Lyka looked at her sharply.
"What did you just say?!"
"You can say whatever you want to me, but I will not let you insult Grandma."
"SHUT UP!"
Lyka was about to attacked her, but fortunately the female receptionist came and stopped her on the right time. The two guard also stood between them to stopped Lyka in case she breaks free from the female receptionist.
"Madam Lyka, calm down."
"Let go out me! How dare you slapped me, you slut! Bitch! Come her and face me, you piece of shit!"
One guard turned to looked at her, while Lyka was still enraged.
"M-Ma'am, are you okay, did you get hurt?" he asked her worriedly.
She was confused, it was her first time experiencing that the guards didn't kick her out on Ryuchen's company, and they seemed worried and careful with her instead.
"I'm fine, thank you."
"M-Ma'am, where are you going?!" the guard asked her anxiously when she start walking away from them.
"I will leave, it's too noisy here."
Chloe left before the guard could kick her out, besides she doesn't want to hear Lyka's curses and feels irritated just hearing her voice so she decided to leave. She was just going to talk to Ryuchen later when he get back to his apartment, she need to hear his explanation about what was Lyka's doing in his company.

"You bitch, where do you think your going?!"
Lyka was enrage but Chloe just ignored her and left, one guard followed her.
Just seeing her face makes her blood boiled in anger. There was nothing left on her because of Chloe, Ryuchen suddenly changed and told her to stopped pretending that they were lovers, even her friends were avoiding her because of what they saw in the restaurant.
She couldn't even contact Ryuchen and his assistant for the past few days that is why she decided to go to his office to talk to him, but she couldn't expect that she will see Chloe there.
"Miss Lyka." the guard called her.
She looked at him sharply but the guard seems like he was not afraid of her anymore. She remember that he was always bowing his head to her before every time she passed by him, but now he looks like a different person just like Ryuchen.
"I will asked you to leave, and from now on you are not allowed to enter the premises."
"What, how dare you say that to me?!" she said furiously and was about to slapped the guard, but he just catch her hand easily. "Let go of me, you piece of shit!"
"I don't know how you entered the building, we will remove all your access on the basement parking to make sure."
"WHAT?!"
Lyka was confused of what was happening, why they are not allowing her to enter Ryuchen's building as if Ryuchen's wanted to cut their ties completely.
"Sir, w-what is happening?" the female receptionist asked the guard, she seems confused as well just like her. "Why does it seems that Madam Lyka is not allowed to enter the building?"
"You didn't know?" the female receptionist shook her head. "It seems that you didn't attended the meeting earlier."
The female receptionist remembered that she saw a memo in their company's group chat in the middle of the night. It was mentioned that a meeting would be held at exactly eight o'clock in the morning and all employees need to assembled in the convention hall, but because she was ten minutes late, she decided not to attend thinking that Robin will not noticed it if one employee was missing.
"I-I was late... so--."
"Good luck to you then." the guard said and pulled Lyka.
"Let go of me, where would you take me?!"
"I'm sorry, but I have to force you to leave the premises, Miss."
No matter how hard she tired, Lyka couldn't pull her hand out of the guard's grasp. The guard even took her to the basement to make sure that she will leave until they reached her car.
"I will make sure you'll regret what you did to me." she said to the guard.
"I'm just doing my job."
Lyka was forced to get into her car, she couldn't believed that the guard didn't left until she drove her car to the exit. She slammed the steering wheel of her car, because of frustration.
Ryuchen fired all the maids in his villa and now he banned her to his company just for that woman, now she's regretting why she didn't order the kidnappers to kill Chloe. She wouldn't have been able to experience all those things if she just ended Chloe's life from the beginning.
In twelve years of being together with Ryuchen, she never thought he could do that to her. She stayed by his side for a long time, she knew everything about him and did everything just to please him. But why does it seem like she's not doing enough, that he could easily cut off the ties between them.
Lyka was only seven years old when Chloe first introduced her to Ryuchen, and she fell in love at first sight with him. But because they live in the countryside and only stay in the city for two months to spend the summer vacation, she can't help but feel envy and be jealous of Chloe because she's always with Ryuchen.
So when she had a chance to get closer to Ryuchen after his kidnapping, she immediately grabbed the opportunity even if she has to tell lies and she succeeded. She stayed by his side for almost ten years, and he gave her all the things that she asked and the attention she wanted.
Everything was fine between the both of them, until she heard that Chloe suddenly came back in the country and his grandmother decided to marry Ryuchen to her.
Lyka's world turned upside down, everything she did in the past ten years become useless because of that old woman's decision. But when Ryuchen asked her to pretend to be his girlfriend, she immediately agrees and does everything to make Chloe suffer and regret her decision to marry him. She also thought that if Chloe decides to leave Ryuchen and get a divorce, it will be easy for her to get him back and stay by her side again.
Divorce...
Lyka smirked, she almost forgot the important thing that she picked up in the restaurant.
