There was something wrong with this rain.
Jarvis held out a hand and felt the droplets fall onto his hands. Just outside the Airship the raindrops were rising too. It certainly made it difficult to see anything in the distance.
Moreover, the NPCs on the Airship were beginning to feel lethargic. Even some players were reporting experiencing a debuff.
"Debilitating Rain" is what they reported. The lower Stage players caught it first. It gave them a slowness debuff along with increased stamina drain.
It was incredibly easy to dispel, any Priest on board could cure it with a wisp of Prayer. So many players chalked it up to a weather phenomenon they'd have to escape. All they had to do was weather the storm so to speak.
Jarvis didn't think that was the case.
"Upwards Rain. . ."
Nothing he read about the sea reported this as a phenomenon. Although nobody flew above the clouds like they were currently.
