After leaving Watah to his work. Plantos went back to Guru's building to meet Nail and ask for the dragon balls.
"Hey, Nail Are the dragon balls recharged yet?"
"Yes"
"Good, can you collect them, I want to use them."
After Stoically staring at Plantos for a minute "Ok"
Nail flew away to collect the Dragon Balls and returned after some time. This time Plantos brought Watah as his translator
"Watah I want you to summon Porunga and Translate for me my wishes. The summoning phrase is takkaraputo popurunga pupirittoparo"
Thus Watah summoned Porunga, it was surprising to see emotion and surprise in the android's face as he was normally very stoic.
"My First Wish is to transport all Saiyan children who are under 8 months except Kakarott to be transported to Planet Sadala before the destruction of Planet Vegeta"
"My Second wish is to strengthen Planet Sadala to be strengthened as much as possible"
"My Third wish is to have a laptop with all the scientific knowledge of this universe past and present and make the laptop indestructible"
When Plantos told Watah the third wish, his eyes widened comically as though Christmas had come early and immediately told Porunga the wish. After granting the Laptop Porunga said Goodbye and disappeared.
"Have fun with the Laptop, Watah. But remember first research on increasing the efficiency of your research and improving yourself, then you research other topics."
"By the way how much time will it take you to complete understanding and categorising the Knowledge."
"With my current capabilities 3 months but if I proceed according to big brothers method it may change with circumstances"
"Okay go on then, I think Even Piccolo should take a similar amount of time learning from Guru"
Plantos was now free, as he didn't have anything to do yet. Piccolo was with Guru, Watah was researching all the scientific knowledge in the laptop. So Plantos decided that it was time to make good on that promise he made to nail to teach him some of the techniques and he could also use Nail as a training partner. Thus he flew back to Nail.
"Hey Nail, so I am going to teach you the same techniques I taught Piccolo. You should go to the training area and train for 2 days with time dilation. When you finish training. We could be sparring buddies."
Nail just stared at Plantos hard and said "Ok"
'Sheesh, it's hard to satisfy this guy' thought Plantos.
But he still gave Nail the techniques and sent him into the training area for two days.
After 2 days when Nail came out, Plantos took him back into the training area, turned off the time dilation and started sparring daily with Nail, with sometimes Piccolo joining in the fray. This was his daily life until 2 months later Watah told him that he had finished understanding all the knowledge in the laptop.
"Big Brother, I finished understanding all the data on the laptop"
"Very good, Now I am going to take you to Big Gete Star, where I want you to assimilate and recycle all the resources of it."
"Very well big brother. But currently, Big Gete Star is in the middle of space, thus you cannot use the instant transmission to get there."
This was one of the shortcomings of his current instant transmission technique. If the place he wanted to transmit to did not have life signatures he couldn't transmit there.
"Then you, get the spaceship into a capsule, I will transmit us to the nearest life planet, from there we can go by the spaceship"
Just like he said he transmitted to the nearest life planet near Big Gete Star with Watah and from there went in the new upgraded Silent Hawk. It was like the whole shell of the ship was made in step, making it look seamless. When they reached Big Gete Star, Watah wore a stealth suit and said "Big brother, I will go in stealth and hack it from the inside. Please wait."
Plantos waited only for a half an hour when Watah called him aboard the Big Gete Star. As he guided the spaceship to a place to land. After giving Plantos the tour.
"Big brother, the A.I is dead, also all this technology is old and useless, but if I set up a recycling factory on a nearby planet, I can convert all this technology into useful materials and resources."
Plantos suggested the planet they first transmitted since it only had life in the form of vegetation and animals, but no sentient life forms. Watah agreed and then guided Big Gete Star towards that planet.
"So how much time would you need to recycle it all."
"About 6 months, Why?"
"Can you do it in 3?"
"If I set up an extra factory with the recycled materials I can probably increase the speed."
"Then do it. I also want to hack into Frieza force and the planetary trade organisation and keep track of their movements. The next I want you to do in your spare time is plan out a Saiyan city, plan the city in such a way that is inclusive of nature.
Then formulate a learning plan using the incubator for Saiyans. I will give you knowledge of Ki and other things I want you to incorporate into their learning plans. Aim for efficiency and ease of understanding, so that even the dumbest ones would understand.
Next, these are some of the ideas I want you to make products of, make them into three levels of production capacity, One for VIPs, One for citizens, one for me"
1. Clothing/Armour all in one, which is programmable and changeable using software commands which is self-cleaning and able to sustain high-intensity battles.
2. Nanite injections for monitoring health.
3. Cybernetic Implant for interacting with technology, with safety measure to not allow a takeover of
the bodies of the implanted.
4. Eye lenses with Augmented Reality display.
5. Robots for all the purposes, such as maintenance of spaceships, maintenance of the city, Butler/ maid robots for housekeeping and cooking, Medical robots, and worker robots for construction etc.
6. Individual spaceships loosely based on this design(Aphelion from ratchet and clank)(AN: I could have gone with the Saiyan pods, but frankly I hate spherical spaceships.)
"I want all these available in 3 months and collect resources and droids for creating the Saiyan city,"

With that said Plantos immediately transmitted himself back to Namek. He wanted to see if piccolo had completed the Dragon Balls. When he entered Guru's house, Guru was teaching Piccolo something so Plantos chose to wait and sat down crossed legged and went into meditation.
After he noticed the talking had stopped he woke up from the meditation and asked piccolo
"Hey Piccolo, did you already create the new Shenron"
"No, I was thinking of using the previous model"
"By the way, does the material of the statue before giving life to Shenron matter?"
Piccolo thought for a minute and consulted the guru.
"It hasn't been tested before," said Piccolo
"Ok next question, does the statue be carved by you?"
"No, it is not needed to be carved by hand the Shenron statue I was using before was brought in a market."
This stunned Plantos for a minute as he didn't think Kami was so nonchalant about the dragon balls.
"What about the dragon balls themselves?"
"I don't need to create the dragon balls. Shenron creates his own, based on his power."
"So, I think you should keep the ability of Shenron being able to reincarnate a large number of people, multiple times."
"But then it would only have enough power for two wishes."
"It should be Okay," said Plantos Shrugging,
After thinking about it Piccolo accepted it.
"Then can you wait a moment?"
Plantos immediately went to Watah, "Hey, Watah I am going to describe a dragon, I want a 3d rendering of it."
When Watah was ready, Plantos spoke and Watah changed the rendered according to Plantos words. This was because the dragon that Plantos was describing was Super Shenron. Super Shenron was ultimately the original form of Shenron. When the 3d rendering was done it looked exactly as Super Shenron.
"I want a small scale model of this dragon, made out of extravagant materials related to the colour scheme."
Within an hour a statue of super Shenron came. But now he was just Shenron. Plantos thanked Watah and immediately transmitted back to Namek.
"Hey piccolo, this Shenron's original form, created by Dragon God Zalama"
Piccolo came and saw the Shenron statue that Plantos had gotten. He was honestly amazed at the dragon, and to think that this was the original form of Shenron.
"I like him. I will try to give him life now," said Piccolo as he put the statue of Shenron in the Glass case he had asked to bring from the lookout. As we cleared the area, Piccolo started concentrating energy into his fingers just like a cannon and then after a period of accumulation shot it at the statue.
Slowly the statue started blinking with magical energy. Next, it started to move, and immediately it shot into the sky after which, around it were 7 new orbs glowing, they were about the size of a size 3 football(190mm). After which the newly created dragon balls fell to the ground.
"Hey, piccolo can I use the dragon balls right now?"
"Yes, I know you would like to use them and even I feel like I want to see the new Shenron."
"Thank you."
"Rise Shenron, and grant me my wish"
Immediately the balls started shining and Shenron came out of the dragon balls. This new Shenron has had a very different aura from the old Shenron. The old Shenron had a kind of hard and rocky aura. This one had a more Noble aura.
"You who have summoned me, State any 3 of your wishes and they will be granted."
"My first wish is to make a self-updating multiverse Map, with all the information of the planet, and languages, including the divine language into this computer."
"It is simple. It is done. State your next wish."
"My second wish is to grant the elder guru and piccolo, eternal youth."
"It is easy. State your Last wish"
"My Last wish is to make all the Saiyans that marry change their partner to change to a pureblooded Saiyan, which is to be in effect. from the moment Planet Vegeta is destroyed."
"Your wish has been granted, farewell," said Shenron as the dragon balls rose into the sky and dispersed, which Plantos immediately caught them.
Plantos thought that they would be stone but looking at them now, they seemed to be glass balls, like the dragon balls but without their stars.
"Now that Shenron is gone, I have a question to the guru, What was Porunga's statue made out of?"
"Porunga was made out of wood, young one" replied Guru
"Then it confirms my theory, the type of material used in giving life, doesn't affect the power of the dragon but the temperament of the dragon. The Shenron made from rock has a hard attitude, whereas Porunga made from wood has a gentle and caring attitude, whereas Shenron made from gold has a more noble attitude."
