The Gods of Olympus did not really take the warning of the Elder Ascalor and the Ancient Dragon Aurum to heart. If they did so, the Messenger God Hermes would have already rushed his way to the Mount Etna dungeon to save the demigods that entered. If the Olympian Gods even suspected some thing earlier when the first sentence was uttered then they would have seen what fate the demigods that entered Mount Etna has suffered.
The demigod group led by Perses did enter the Mount Etna dungeon for about a day now. They were expected to return within two or three days but they returned in just one. This did not become a subject of review by the Olympian Gods and just brushed it off to Perses' group being incredibly skilled and powerful.
