"I'm so handsome, how could the restroom dare to charge me?" Ethan Laurent replied to her with a straight face.
Summer Ford was at a loss for words, unable to voice a response for a while.
"Why are you dodging?" He placed an arm against the wall beside her, gazing directly into her eyes, watching quietly, raising an eyebrow, "What are you feeling guilty about?"
He asked slowly, his gaze sharp enough to seem like he could see through all her thoughts in one glance.
"I don't know what you're talking about," Summer Ford straightened up, meeting his eyes confidently.
"Really?" Ethan Laurent lazily retorted.
"I just don't want you overthinking." Summer Ford explained lightly.
Ethan Laurent paused, his gaze softened a bit.
Is she concerned about his thoughts?
The arm supporting beside her withdrew and reclined against the wall, he lightly pursed his lips, "I wasn't overthinking."
Summer Ford was slightly surprised.
Ethan Laurent leaned beside her, not seeming inclined to leave.
