Like this, this circular flow of spiritual energy gained strength steadily. It grew in intensity, supported by the cultivation array which supplied her with additional spiritual energy and controlled the stability. As time passed, the whole room was filled with a swirling mixture of fire and ice in perfect harmony.
Long Yifei's eyes were closed as she became lost in cultivation. It was warm and also cold. The circular flow of energy between their palms was soothing but also pleasurable. It felt like she had been submerged in a pool of fire while swimming in an ice pond. It was a strange but exciting experience that she didn't want to end.
Chen Wentian observed her intently, paying attention to every little change and her condition as the night wore on.
