After Tenka Ichi Budokai has ended, and Goku become the champion, he defeated Mutenroshi using a little trick he learn from Shirou. Currently, Mutenroshi are much more stronger than Goku and Goku knew that if he did not using a trick. He would not have a chance to become a champion, he need a money to fund his research for fast grown Senzu beans. And the money he would get when he become a Champion in Tenka Ichi Budokai are more than enough to fund his research. Sure he can ask Dr Brief for a fund, but Goku have a pride of his own. And Asking his father in laws for his personal research will shatter his pride.
So Goku using a trick to defeat Mutenroshi, his own master. Sure Mutenroshi are stronger than him and have a lot of fighting experience than him. But sadly Mutenroshi are really weak to a pretty girl, and he would do almost anything to get close to a pretty girl. So after five minutes intense battle, Goku are using advanced telepathy to give Mutenroshi a pretty girl illusion that would made Mutenroshi careless for one to two second. Mutenroshi have strong mental barrier so Goku can only made him fall into illusion for a moment.
But a moment was more than enough for Goku to give Mutenroshi a little push that made him fall outside the arena and making him a champion. Usually Goku would not like to use a trick to win in a martial arts tournament. But for the sake of his research his would bend his own rules a little as long as he did not to kill a human without care.

"Well if we can go home, I was okay with it. A lot of fighter in this world are not using a sword, as a swordwoman it made me depress because I cannot have a satisfied fight againts a stronger swordman!" Arturia also didn't mind going home, because in Dragon Ball world almost there is no super strong sword user and it made her a bit frustated.

Shirou, already have a lot information about the Dragon Ball world from kami and Chronoa. And he already learn all the thing he need. So going home was a good choices for him, because he also worried about the safety of his child inside Saber belly. Dragon Ball world maybe have an advance technology, but the Dragon Ball world enviroment are too dangerous. So Shirou did not want to taking a risk staying in the Dragon Ball world more longer. Beside even if he need to going back for a couple of time to participated in important event. It was fine for him, because for Shirou it was better for him who exposed to a danger rather than a people who was dear to him get exposed to a danger.
"We will going home after I say goodbye to Goku, he was a good friend for me in this dimension. So if I not saying goodbye to him before we going home, I will feel have a bad taste in my heart."
Just like said, Shirou then saying goodbye to Goku, and Goku was look sad when Shirou said that they would not meet with each other for a long time. Because for Goku, Shirou was a very good friend who change the fate of his life.
Without Shirou, Goku brain problem would never fixed and he will always be a naive idiot who praise a fight as his god. And cannot distinguished a good and evil.

Fuyuki City, seven month after Shirou is stranded to Dragon Ball world and three years in the Dragon Ball world. Sakura belly is already very big, and she was really worried that she would giving a birth without Shirou on her side. Sure she have Rider beside her, but she still want her own husband to be beside her in one of the most important event in their life.
And just like seeing a dream, a dimensional tears suddenly appear in front of her who was sitting in one of veranda inside the Emiya Residence.
Shirou alongside Saber, Rin, Belldandy, and Illya are coming out of the dimensional tears.
And when she saw Shirou, she moved in a very fast paced and then hugging Shirou body very tightly while saying;
"Welcome home Senpai!"
A tears is coming out ot Sakura eyes, Shirou is going home and for her a seven month without Shirou is almost like hell if Rider are not with her.
"I'm home, Sakura. I'm sorry for leaving you behind for so long when you are pregnant. I promise you, in our next adventure I would never leaving you again!"
Meanwhile in Tohsaka Mansion, Archer who was busy cleaning the mansion while taking care his youngest child who was still one years old, are sighing very deeply when he detecting Shirou arrival.
"He going back faster than I expected, this will be a problem. Because I and Rin still has not stabilized the magical vein in Fuyuki."
