They do not help in the completion of Core Refinement. Hence, one would still need to hunt other beasts of the same species using the Cannibalistic Method."

However, if one can obtain their Spirit Core, which unfortunately not all spirits have from birth and need to be cultivated or luckily inherited from their parents as a Seed Crystal and nurtured, then it would greatly help in Core Refinement since Spirit Cores are basically sources of soul power."
