Ves thought that it would take a few days or even a week for the people behind Jovy to present him with an answer or a counter proposal.
In reality, it took less than 5 minutes for him to receive a surprisingly elaborate and complete plan!
"You have good fortune on your hands." Jovy said as his face adopted an odd expression.
Coming from him, that was not an empty platitude.
"How so?" Ves curiously asked.
"I have passed on your request to my superiors as I have explained before. What none of us anticipated is that your proposal aligns quite closely with one of our developing plans. Nothing solid has happened as of yet, but our Association has already allocated a considerable amount of thought into this new initiative."
"Oh? You guys wanted to found a new school? In Yernstall? Why? You already have hundreds of them already. What makes it necessary for you to start a brand-new learning institution when you could easily expand your existing ones?"
