In this world, people only awakened their unique abilities from various situations, depending on the person. Some awakened by falling from a great height, sone from eating too much, and much more. Power is never free.
After surviving a battle that should have killed him, a young adventurer awakened his ability. However, it comes with a terrible cost. With every use, a portion of his lifespan gets taken away from him. As he continued venturing into this world, where danger lurks at unknown corners, he met friends and foes alike and discovered a terrifying truth. Each awakened ability comes with a flaw. Memories erased, bodies failed, minds destroyed.
Power was never meant to create nor save heroes. It was meant to break them.
Faced with such flaw, how will our main character survive in this harsh world?
